It is with a deep sense of gratitude and humility that I assume office as the 14th Director of University Health Services, KNUST. I am grateful to the University Council, the Vice Chancellor and the entire University Community for the opportunity to serve in this capacity.

 

The University Health Services has a core mandate to provide healthcare to students of KNUST, staff and their dependents. Since its establishment in 1952 as a dressing station, it has progressively developed and expanded its services to include other patients within and beyond the Oforikrom municipality, where the hospital is situated, and greater Kumasi.
